Womens Fitness

OhSo Fit runs a number of weekly Inner West mums and bubs fitness sessions and ladies only boot camps. These sessions are suited to mums-to-be, new mums and women of all fitness levels whether you’re just starting out or have been exercising for a while. All sessions are run by a female personal trainer qualified in prenatal and postpartum fitness. Sessions are held in child-friendly parks of Dulwich Hill and Petersham or in OhSo Fit’s studio gym. A Babysitter is also provided.

We offer a free, no pressure, trial to our women’s boot camps and mums and bubs sessions.

Kids Boot Camp Fitness

In line with the NSW school term, OhSo Fit runs an after school kids fitness boot camp program aimed at getting kids active while educating them on the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and exercise. The fun 45 minute boot camps involve a range of interactive games, circuits and fitness activities. OhSo Fit also work with local Inner West Schools running an in-school sports program for infant, primary, and secondary children.

All fitness levels are welcome. Whether you’re just starting out or have been training for a while come along and you’ll see our sessions are scalable for all fitness levels.

Metafit High Intensity Interval Training Mon 6:45 pm & Thur 7pm - Johnson Park, Dulwich Hill

Our Head Trainer Belinda is now a qualified Metafit coach and will be running our new 30 minute HIIT, Tabata style sessions every Monday & Thursday night in Johnson Park. Come along for a challenging full body workout incorporating strength, plyometric and core, bodyweight functional exercises.
