Belinda Salan - Owner and Head Trainer of OhSo Fit.

Belinda is a Personal Trainer with her Certificate IV in Fitness (Australian Institute of Personal Trainers) and is a Level 1/Advanced Boxing Instructor (Thump Boxing), Certified Pre and Post Natal Exercise Instructor, accredited MTT kids bootcamp instructor and qualified Metafit Bodyweight Training coach. She decided to become a personal trainer after the birth of her third daughter. Not being happy with the way her body was and how unfit she felt, Belinda threw herself into a lifestyle overhaul. After she had lost the weight she had set out to lose, and loving how fit she felt, she decided to do her Certificate III & IV in Fitness in order to help others achieve the same.

Belinda’s passion lies in debunking the myth that mothers have to just accept their post-baby bodies and move on. Instead, with the proper guidance, dedication and motivation, you can get back to a place of feeling energised, healthy and in control.

In addition to working with mothers, Belinda’s overall focus is to work with any client who is looking to improve their strength, fitness and health. You too can change your lifestyle and achieve your fitness goals.
