Women’s Bootcamp Fitness Training
Our Women’s Bootcamp classes are more intense, faster paced sessions aimed at women who are looking to challenge themselves and improve their cardiovascular fitness, achieve weight loss, improve core strength and to generally tighten and firm-up the body.

The sessions are suitable for ladies of all fitness levels and allow you to work at a pace that suits you, however, our aim in these sessions is to test your fitness and push you to the next level. A diverse range of fitness activities such as: circuit training, boxing, weights and resistance training, cardio, abdominal work and tabata are among those techniques used from week to week to help keep you motivated and focused on your fitness progress.
Our Women’s Bootcamps are run in a fun, encouraging and motivating atmosphere with like-minded ladies who are also looking to improve their fitness. Our dedicated trainers will provide you with the support and accountability required to push you to a greater level of physical fitness and wellbeing.
The outdoor Bootcamps are held at Johnson Park, Constitution Road Dulwich Hill and Petersham Park, West Street Petersham. View our women's group session timetable for session times and locations. We also occasionally run sessions from our studio gym in Gordon Street Petersham. The locations are conveniently located to the Inner West of Sydney and are easily accessible from surrounding suburbs such as: Ashfield, Croydon Park, Five Dock, Leichhardt, Lewisham, Marrickville, Stanmore and Summer Hill.
Saturday Morning Bootcamp Dulwich Hill.
Our Saturday morning Bootcamp at 7:45am, Johnson Park, Dulwich Hill is an open Bootcamp available to men, women and families. This 45 minute session is idea for those wanting to start their weekend off with a fun, challenging workout.
