Our small group Mums and Bubs fitness classes are all about helping you as a mum find some time for yourself while getting into a healthier more active lifestyle. While these groups accommodate mums with babies, toddlers and younger children, all mums and women are welcome to come along.

Small Group Training Sessions for Mums with Children.

Our sessions are held in the child friendly parks of the Johnson Park, Dulwich Hill and Petersham Park, Petersham in the Inner West of Sydney. The babies love spending the time outdoors in the fresh air while the older children have a fun time interacting and playing together in the park. If the weather turns bad or training outdoors in not an option, we move indoors to one of our two studio gyms located in Gordon Street, Petersham or Frederick Street, Canterbury.

It can be a daunting task to start exercising again after your pregnancy but these sessions are designed for women of all fitness levels regardless of whether you’re just starting out or have been exercising for a while. The sessions include a good mix of; circuit training, basic boxing, cardio and weight resistance training. Central to our approach is helping you to regain your core strength, increase your stamina through improved cardio fitness and to generally tone-up.

Group fitness is a very cost effective way of fitting an exercise regime into your weekly schedule and our focus has always been to encourage participation by making our sessions affordable.
