It’s our belief that educating children from a young age on the importance of a well-balanced diet and regular physical activity is essential in helping them to develop healthy lifestyle later on in life.

We have developed an in school bootcamps program for children of various age groups. The program focused on developing the fundamental skills of key exercise groups, educates children in basic physiology and muscle development and promotes ways in living a healthy and active life.

The structure of the program enables children to experience a variety of drills and activities using techniques and equipment that they may not otherwise have access to.
