OhSo Fit offers boot camps and personal training packages that will help you achieve the body you’re after for your ‘big day’. We have helped many ‘couples to be’ to work out a wedding exercise plan to help feel and look their best on what will be one of the most important days of their lives.

Wedding Exercise Planning

Like all other aspects of organising your wedding day, getting yourself into shape also requires a plan. After contacting OhSo Fit, we’ll organise an initial session that includes working through what your specific fitness goals are leading up to your big day; and then detail the exercise activities, nutritional requirements and support you’ll need to achieve those goals.

Group Fitness

OhSo Fit runs regular weekly boot camps and women’s only group fitness sessions at Petersham and Dulwich Hill in the Sydney’s Inner West. Getting involved in these regular weekly group exercise sessions is a great part of any wedding fitness plan. A mix of endurance, strength, balance and flexibility focused exercise activities are used throughout the sessions ensuring that you receive a good overall body workout. Personal Training

If you’re looking for a more personalised fitness plan leading up to your wedding day that includes recommended eating guidelines, and tailored sessions that suit your timeline and schedule, one-on-one personal training or couples personal training is for you.
